Pricing: Prices are shown in your local currency (automatically converted based on your location) and include VAT or applicable taxes where required by law. Shipping is free on all orders. We may update prices without notice but will honor confirmed orders.

Descriptions: Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations (e.g., color, size) do not entitle you to a refund unless the product is materially defective.

4. Orders & Payments

Order Confirmation: Your order is confirmed via email. This is not a guarantee of fulfillment; we may cancel orders for errors, fraud, or stock issues.

Payment Methods: We accept Shopify Payments and Shop Pay. You authorize us to charge the full amount at checkout.

Cancellations: You may cancel within 24 hours of ordering by emailing info@resnova.online. After this window, your order will process and cannot be cancelled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping: All orders are delivered free of charge. Delivery times vary by location and will be estimated at checkout.

Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events (e.g., weather). Contact the carrier directly for tracking.

Risk of Loss: Responsibility for the product transfers to you upon delivery. Report damaged/missing items within 48 hours.

Faulty Items: Email info@resnova.online within 14 days for defective/damaged goods. We’ll offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.
