We want you to love your rès növa experience. If you don’t, here’s how we’ll make it right.

When You Can Get a Refund

You’re eligible if:
✅ Timing: Requested within 30 days of delivery.
✅ Condition: Unused, in original packaging (unless faulty).
✅ Proof: Provide order number or receipt.

Exceptions:

  • Final sale/custom items (marked at checkout).
  • Gift cards/digital downloads.
  • Used skincare/wellness products (for hygiene reasons).

How It Works

Step 1: Email us at info@resnova.online with:

  • Your order number
  • Product details
  • Reason for return (helps us improve!)

Step 2: We’ll reply within 48 hours with:

  • Return instructions (if needed)
  • Pre-paid label (for faulty/damaged items)

Step 3: Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund processed in 7-10 business days.
  • You’ll get a confirmation email.

Special Cases

Faulty/Damaged Items?

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Include photos of the issue.
  • We’ll cover return shipping and rush your refund.

Changed Your Mind?

  • You pay return shipping (unless we made an error).

Where Your Money Goes

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.
  • Bank processing may take 3-5 extra days.
